By placing an order on our website you are accepting these terms & conditions of sale
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major credit cards except Amex and process our payments securely via Paypal
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it prior to checkout please contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. Our card processing merchant is paypal who have the highest grade encryption software. EWP is a PayPal Payments Standard feature that uses public and private keys to encrypt the payment button code used on merchant websites. The encryption hides the payment details so they cannot be seen by anyone viewing the website source code in a browser.
Shipping & Handling
We use a variety of nationally recognised couriers to ship our products as quickly as we can to you. At the point of booking your item with a courier our system will automatically issue you an email including tracking number and link to view the latest status.
We always use fast services but sometimes due to circumstances which could occur beyond our control you should never book a tradesman to install a product until your delivery is completed and you have the goods in your possession. ARK Rubber & Resin Solutions are not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of a delivery not arriving on its scheduled day.
We can not accept any responsibility for damage caused during transit and delivery.
Please ensure you are happy with the condition or your consignments prior to signing any delivery confirmation, Any issues caused by damage during shipping can only be rectified if the delivery confirmation has not been signed.
Items out of Stock
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you to advise of this. We often have alternates but would always call for confirmation prior to sending an alternate product. Alternatively should an item be out of stock and an alternate not acceptable then we have the option to refund in full or wait for the item to come back into stock.

All our products are covered by a manufacturers warranty which covers you against defects.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Regulations.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the actual cost of delivery. To simplify the ordering experience our website lists all products with free delivery. Delivery costs are incurred by us though and these will be deducted from any refunds paid by ARK Rubber & Resin Solutions Ltd.
To request a refund please contact us by email or telephone and quote the order ID supplied to you on your order confirmation email. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
This return policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or incorrectly described.
Any goods returned must be in saleable condition with original packaging or no refunds will be issued.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.
